3. Enter the relevant information about the item to be loaned, as follows.

   • Type of item
   • Title
   • Author
   • Publication information
   • ISBN/ISSN
   • Date
   • Date needed by
   • Owning institution
   • Note, if required
   • Source
   • User ID or alternate ID
   
   
   
4. Click Send to request the item for interlibrary loan or Reset to start over.
